Steve has helped hundreds of clients throughout Central Florida and the Upstate of South Carolina craft a custom estate plan or life plan instruments. His experience includes estates and trusts, wills, living wills, medical surrogates, durable powers of attorney and probate. He can also help with Medicaid planning and guardianships/conservatorships. Further, he litigates cases involving elder abuse and elder consumer issues.

Steve uses the most sophisticated and up-to-date estate planning software and participates in premium estate planning continuing education programs. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the South Carolina Bar.
